What do I do if my item is defective?

Hi there,

We ensure to check all items prior to delivery. However, we do apologize for any oversight if you have received a defective item. 

Kindly note that any damages made after delivery is only exchangeable after clear inspection.

  • Kindly inform us via email at orders@agapebabies.com or fill in our returns form here. Email us a snapshot of the defective / incorrect item(s). 
  • Do not discard the defective / incorrect items as they have to be returned, otherwise we are unable to process the claim. 
  • All returns / exchanges are processed at our location (5 minutes from Newton MRT). 

Kindly note the following guidelines: 

  • Agape Babies reserves the right to not accept returns / exchanges of any used items / items with damaged packaging.
