What happens if I am not home during time of delivery? What happens if there is a failed delivery?

Hi there!

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you can reschedule for another delivery.

You should receive an email from our courier company Ninja Van, asking you to choose a time slot for re-delivery. 

*Kindly note that playmats are subjected to a re-delivery fee of S$25 in the event that no one is home to receive the delivery.
